HypnoBirthing: Pregnancy Class Details

HypnoBirthing pregnancy classes are held in Annandale, a leafy Inner West suburb of Sydney. Hypnobirthing pregnancy classes teach an empowering and stress-free approach to prepare a pregnant woman and her partner for a more calm, comfortable childbirth.

The best time to attend a hypnobirthing pregnancy class is between 22 and 28 weeks of pregnancy, giving you ample time to practice these techniques. Many couples who have attended the hypnobirthing pregnancy class, even much later in pregnancy, have achieved excellent results. Click here to read more about the Hypnobirthing techniques and advantages.

In our endeavour to devote quality time to each couple, hypnobirthing classes are kept small and informal.
